It is also reusable, as it can be sterilized in an autoclave like any other metal bur.

The DSI Zirconia Debonding Bur features a monoblock head, ideal for removing orthodontic adhesive resins and abrasives. It works best at speeds between 10,000 and 20,000 rpm. Compatible with contra-angle low-speed handpieces, it is suitable for both lingual and distal adhesive removal. This bur is engineered for fast and efficient adhesive removal while minimizing potential enamel damage.

Alongside the Zirconia Bur, the DSI Disposable Finishing Tip is available. This tip is perfect for polishing and smoothing the enamel surface after cleaning. Made of glass-fiber reinforced resin, it helps prevent further plaque accumulation and can be used to remove cement and resin residue from the tooth surface.
