The VATECH Perfit ZR TSML (Trans & Shade Multi-Layered) is a premium, 9-layered zirconia solution designed for restorations where the ultimate balance of incisal vitality and cervical strength is required. Utilizing a sophisticated blend of 4Y-TZP and 5Y-TZP raw materials, the TSML series provides a seamless transition that mimics the biological structure of a natural tooth.

9-Layer Seamless Structure: Unlike standard multi-layered discs, the TSML features 5 main shade layers connected by 4 delicate transition zones. This "5+4" architecture ensures a completely natural gradient without any visible layering lines.

Hybrid Material Composition: By combining two different types of zirconia, the TSML achieves high translucency in the incisal zone (5Y-TZP) for aesthetic depth and superior strength in the dentin/cervical zone (4Y-TZP) for structural support.

Enhanced Translucency Range: With a translucency reaching up to 50%, it offers a "clear" feeling similar to natural enamel, making it suitable for high-end aesthetic cases.

Uniform Compaction Firing (UCF): Manufactured using VATECH’s proprietary UCF technology, which optimizes isotropic shrinkage and ensures an excellent marginal fit with no distortion during sintering.

Simplified Lab Workflow: The disc is calibrated to reproduce VITA® shades accurately with minimal staining or glazing required, saving significant time in the finishing process.

TSML vs. STML: The Difference
While the STML is a fantastic "super translucent" workhorse, the TSML (Trans & Shade) is the more advanced aesthetic choice. It offers a wider gradient of both shade and light transmission, providing that extra level of incisal "halo" and vitality that high-end cosmetic cases demand, without sacrificing the strength needed for multi-unit posterior work.
