Pionext Surgical Guide Resin (PN-SG) is a UV-curable resin designed for dental 3D printing applications. It combines high transparency, flexibility, and low shrinkage, making it suitable for the production of dental implant surgical guides and related applications.

- Notched Izod Impact Strength: 30–50 J/m
- Heat Deflection Temperature: 60–70°C
Recommended Printing Parameters
The manufacturer provides recommended printing parameters for compatible Piocreat printers, including the DJ-68, DJ-89Plus, and D158. Refer to the Technical Data Sheet for detailed settings.
Post-Processing
After printing:
- Clean the printed model with absolute ethanol or isopropanol. A low-frequency ultrasonic cleaner may be used.
- Thoroughly dry the model to remove residual cleaning liquid.
- Remove most supports before post-curing.
- For applications requiring additional toughness, the TDS states that the printed part may be UV post-cured for 5 minutes. Final curing time should be adjusted according to the selected curing method.

- Before Use: Shake thoroughly
- Recommended Printing Temperature: 18–35°C

Air shipment: Please note that according to UPS rules liquids can only be shipped via UPS Ground shipping. Any order containing liquids will therefore be shipped with UPS Ground shipping.
