Shipping cost is the standard UPS rate. We ship via UPS Ground (or USPS), and process orders within 1 business day.
Air shipment: Please note that according to UPS rules liquids can only be shipped via UPS Ground shipping. Any order containing liquids will therefore be shipped with UPS Ground shipping.

We gladly accept returns for brand-new items within a 30-day window from the date of order receipt. To initiate a return, please reach out to us to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
