The DSI perio sponge is an innovative biodegradable chip that stands out from other products. Containing 2.5mg of chlorhexidine gluconate, it has been proven to be very effective in reducing pocket depth caused by periodontitis. Its small size allows for quick and easy insertion under the gums in areas with pockets greater than 5mm, which requires less than a minute and saves time during dental appointments.
