Product Description
Rosetta® SP is HASS Bio’s trusted, high-performance heat-pressable lithium disilicate glass-ceramic system designed for indirect dental restorations. Built upon over a decade of material research and clinical success, the R10 size variant provides the ideal ingot dimensions for pressing single-unit restorations, such as crowns, veneers, inlays, and onlays, with minimal material waste.
engineered to replicate the optical properties and physical durability of natural dentition, Rosetta® SP delivers high flexural strength (up to 460 MPa after pressing), exceptionally low reaction layer formation, and life-like translucency.
Key Features & Benefits
-
Exceptional Biaxial Flexural Strength (~460 MPa):
Ensures long-term durability, structural stability, and margin integrity under fatigue loading, making it suitable for thin veneers up to full-coverage crowns.
-
Acid-Free Post-Pressing Clean-up:
Unlike conventional press ceramics, Rosetta® SP leaves virtually no severe reaction layer on the pressed surface. Dental technicians can clean restorations without hazardous acid liquids (like hydrofluoric acid baths for divestment), streamlining the lab workflow and prioritizing safety.
-
Natural Translucency & Aesthetics:
Offers light scattering, opalescence, and fluorescence properties that mimic natural tooth enamel, enabling seamless color matching for anterior and posterior restorations.
-
Predictable & Stable Pressing:
Demonstrates high thermal stability, minimal distortion during repeated firing, and reliable fit accuracy across various standard pressing furnace schedules (e.g., DEKEMA press-i-dent).
-
Versatile Shade Lineup:
Available in a full spectrum of VITA Classic shades, Bleach shades, and multiple translucency levels (e.g., HT, LT, MO) to accommodate custom staining, cut-back, or layering techniques.
Indications for Use
The R10 size ingot is optimized for:
-
Anterior and posterior single crowns
-
Ultra-thin and conventional veneers
-
Inlays and Onlays
-
Partial crowns / Overlays
-
Single-unit implant-supported restorations
