Featuring an organized 3-step protocol printed directly onto the bur block stand, G-TOOLS replaces generic rotary tools with a standardized, reproducible workflow that ensures optimal surface sealing, refined occlusal/interproximal detail, and a mirror-like finish without compromising material integrity.

Step 2: Surface Smoothing (Universal Silicone Polishers)

• Objective: Soften the biopolymer surface, erase milling lines, and smooth transitional zones.

  • 9108M.UM.060 (Cylindrical Polisher): Smooths large flat surfaces and occlusal planes.

  • 9107M.UM.220 (Lens-Shaped Polisher): Accesses interproximal and anatomical contours.

Step 3: High Gloss & Surface Sealing (Brushes & Discs)

• Objective: Seal surface pores, achieve uniform luster, and bring out a natural mirror-like shine.

  • 1163.HP.220 (Cloth Disc): Even gloss distribution across broad outer surfaces.

  • 1121.HP.210 (Goat Hair Brush): Final high-gloss polish; compatible with polymer polishing emulsions.

Shipping cost is the standard UPS rate. We ship via UPS Ground (or USPS), and process orders within 1 business day.

Air shipment: Please note that according to UPS rules liquids can only be shipped via UPS Ground shipping. Any order containing liquids will therefore be shipped with UPS Ground shipping.

We gladly accept returns for brand-new items within a 30-day window from the date of order receipt. To initiate a return, please reach out to us to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
