What you're paying today
- One payment: the initial fee — one-time setup + first month + a one-month license reserve, together.
- The reserve protects you: exocad monthly licenses have no grace period, so if a card ever fails, the reserve keeps your license alive while you fix it. Cancel cleanly, and it's applied as your final month.
- Your card or bank account is saved securely with Stripe for monthly renewals.

How billing works
- Your first month starts immediately after payment — please activate the license as soon as possible
- From month 2, the monthly rate renews automatically.
- If a renewal fails, the reserve month covers you; if still unresolved when it runs out, the license is deactivated with exocad and returning requires a new license + setup fee.

Cancellation
- Cancel monthly anytime. Per exocad's rules, a canceled license has no grace period and cannot be reactivated — re-subscribing requires a new license and initial fee.
- Disputing a legitimate charge with your bank instead of contacting us results in immediate license deactivation with exocad.

License rules
- US-region license only — no use abroad or via VPN/remote workarounds (deactivation without refund).
- Requires an exocad USB dongle and a US-registered my.exocad account.

Shipping cost is the standard UPS rate. We ship via UPS Ground (or USPS), and process orders within 1 business day.

Air shipment: Please note that according to UPS rules liquids can only be shipped via UPS Ground shipping. Any order containing liquids will therefore be shipped with UPS Ground shipping.

We gladly accept returns for brand-new items within a 30-day window from the date of order receipt. To initiate a return, please reach out to us to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Additionally, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to assist you through the return process.
