DSI Sinus Curette is used in sinus lift procedures. The curette helps to separate the sinus membrane from the underlying bone, creating a space for the placement of bone graft material. This aids in promoting bone growth and providing a stable foundation for dental implants.

The procedure is performed to increase the amount of bone in the upper jaw, particularly in the posterior maxilla. The sinus curette allows you to carefully access and manipulate the sinus membrane.

Curette 04 indications:

• One side is in the shape of a long spoon - made to deliver the bone graft material to the site and insert it into the sinus window.
• The other side replicates a regular bone pusher/bone packer shape and is used to push and pack the bone graft material properly within the site.
