Whip Mix has developed a 3D printed resin VeriSplint OS that is rigid and durable for dental splints. The additive manufacturing of splints provides a high level of efficiency by removing several lengthy steps and lowering the cost of materials. It also brings a greater degree of digital design flexibility into the process, which improves both the lab's and the patient's experience.
This product is compatible with 385nm Asiga Max and Asiga Pro 4K printers and the Otoflash Curing Unit, the Uvitron UV IntelliRay 600 Curing Unit, and the Uvitron SunRay 400 UV , and the CUREbox Plus curing units.

Though VeriSplint OS 3D printing resin is fast to print, it produces an accurate, high-quality, economical splint. Customers can now 3D print on a full build platform with up to four splints in under ONE hour, at just $5.00 - $6.00 per splint.

Engineered for exceptional flexural strength and fracture resistance, this resin ensures long-term durability and patient comfort while maintaining superior accuracy and fit.
With ultimate flexural strength (≥100 MPa) and a rigid flexural modulus (≥2500 MPa), VeriSplint OS provides strong, stable, and wear-resistant splints that withstand repeated use without deformation. Its low water sorption and solubility ensure long-lasting performance, while its ISO 10993-1 certified biocompatibility guarantees safety for intraoral use.

Shipping cost is the standard UPS rate. We ship via UPS Ground (or USPS), and process orders within 1 business day.
Air shipment: Please note that according to UPS rules liquids can only be shipped via UPS Ground shipping. Any order containing liquids will therefore be shipped with UPS Ground shipping.
