PowerResins Model is a high-performance 3D printing resin designed for dental and orthodontic applications, delivering unmatched precision, durability, and efficiency. Engineered for sharp detail reproduction, smooth surface finishes, and excellent mechanical properties, this resin ensures consistent and accurate models for restorations, aligner setups, and prosthetic planning.

With a flexural strength of 99 MPa and a high flexural modulus of 2640 MPa, PowerResins Model provides rigid, dimensionally stable models that resist deformation, making it ideal for high-precision workflows. The light pink colorenhances visibility, making margin lines and fine details more distinguishable for improved case evaluation.

Post-Processing Guide:

✅ 1. Washing:

• Wash the printed part while still attached to the build plate in >90% ethyl or isopropyl alcohol for 5 minutes.
• Ensure full immersion to remove excess resin.
• Use a brush if needed but avoid over-washing to maintain dimensional integrity.

✅ 2. Drying:

• Use an air compressor to fully dry the model.
• If uncured resin remains, rewash with fresh alcohol and dry again.

✅ 3. Part Removal:

• Carefully remove the printed model from the build plate using a scraping tool.
• Handle with care to prevent damage to fine details.

✅ 4. Post-Curing:

• MEDIFIVE Curing Chamber: Cure for 20 minutes at 3rd-degree light intensity to reach 99 MPa flexural strength.
• Otoflash Curing Recommendations:
  • 10,000 flashes without gas for optimal mechanical properties.
  • Remove supports carefully after post-curing to maintain surface quality.

Storage Recommendations:

• Store in a dark, moisture-free environment at 20-24°C.
• Shake well before use to ensure material consistency.
• For optimal printing performance, set the printer heater to 32°C or preheat resin:
  • Microwave for 18 seconds OR
  • Submerge in hot water for 15-20 minutes before use.

Air shipment: Please note that according to UPS rules liquids can only be shipped via UPS Ground shipping. Any order containing liquids will therefore be shipped with UPS Ground shipping.
