DSI provides a solution to the common problem of abrasive substances such as zirconia, PMMA, and wax destroying tools quickly. Our strong, thin, and smooth drilling tools are made to be extremely sharp and long-lasting. With years of experience in designing professional drilling devices, DSI has created cad/cam drills made of tungsten carbide, known for cutting quality and accuracy.

These drills are compatible with various materials, including zirconia, PMMA, and wax, and are specially designed to work with M.N.Girbach drilling machines.

Due to the high melting point of 343 °C of PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) material, the abutments can be safely sterilized in an autoclave.
